HAIR Center by Arix Medical Center: Doctors, Prices and Reviews

A reviewer on Arix Medical Center's home page wrote that the staff and doctor "give advice in a friendly way, don't push selling courses" (translated from Thai). The review doesn't name the treatment, and none of the six reviews the clinic shows describes a hair transplant. Six is a small sample, though.

HAIR Center by Arix Medical Center is the hair service of an aesthetic clinic on Phaya Thai Road, Bangkok, and its website is in Thai only. It lists FUE and DHI, four doctors with license numbers, and one hair offer at 49,999 baht that states no graft count. For Bangkok clinics that publish more, start with our Bangkok hair transplant guide.

This page covers what Arix publishes, what it leaves out, and what to get in writing before you pay anything.

The clinic rows come from its own Thai pages, read 4 October 2026 and translated from Thai. We compare what clinics publish with what patients report. Nobody at AsiaPatient has visited this clinic or had a procedure there.

Where It Is and Who Runs It

The clinic's About block says, translated from Thai: "ARIX MEDICAL CENTER is a beauty medical and hair transplant surgery center that is operated and managed by BARRON & AARON CO., LTD."

Its home page gives the address as "the 4th floor of C.P. Tower 3, Phaya Thai Road, Thanon Phaya Thai sub-district, Ratchathewi district, Bangkok 10110" (translated from Thai).

Its contact page gives "Building C, 4th floor, C.P. Tower 3 / Phaya Thai Road, Thung Phaya Thai Sub-district, Ratchathewi District / Bangkok 10400" (translated from Thai).

So the clinic's own site gives two sub-districts and two postcodes, and only one version mentions "Building C".

Ask the clinic for its exact address, written in Thai, before you book a hotel nearby.

Hair Treatments the Clinic Lists

The home page puts its hair work under one heading, which names hair transplant and hair injection (translated from Thai).

Its hair service card reads "Hair transplant FUE and DHI technique: an innovation for confidence in every..." (translated from Thai). The card text stops there.

The FAQ on the same page, read 4 October 2026, has headings for "Follicular Unit Extraction hair transplant", "Follicular Unit Transplantation hair transplant" and "Hair transplant with Platelet-Rich Plasma" (translated from Thai). The answers under those headings are placeholder text, not information about the clinic.

We could not open a separate page on the site for any hair service. So the pages we read say nothing on how it does FUE or DHI, how many grafts it does in a day, or what equipment it uses.

The ISHRS, the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, calls FUE and FUT "two major methods of harvesting hairs":

Our DHI guide for Bangkok explains DHI, so you can ask Arix what it means by it.

The pages we read on 4 October 2026 don't mention a no-shave or long-hair transplant. That doesn't rule it out. If keeping your hair long matters to you, ask about it first.

PRP and hair injection appear on the clinic's pages with no description and no price. We make no claim about what any of them does.

If you're offered PRP or any other add-on, follow your own surgeon's instructions and ask your own doctor about it before you agree.

The Doctors

The home page has a section headed "Our clinic's doctors / Take care of you with a professional team" (translated from Thai), with a hair tab and a skin tab. It lists four doctors, each with a nickname, a full name in Thai and a medical license number.

Nickname on the siteOur transliterationLicense number on the site
คุณหมอกี้Dr. Kee60515
คุณหมอปาล์มDr. Palm61098
คุณหมอชานนDr. Chanon66151
คุณหมอจอยDr. Joy57190

The license numbers are the clinic's own statement. We haven't checked them ourselves. Beyond them, it publishes no specialty, board certification, society membership or years in practice for any of the four.

Ask the clinic which of the four would do your transplant, and get that name on your written quote.

Thai names are spelled in English in more than one way. Ask the clinic to write the doctor's name in Thai and in English, so your searches match.

You can check a Thai doctor yourself. The Thai Medical Council's register at checkmd.tmc.or.th searches licensed doctors who are alive by first name and surname, in Thai or English.

For hair restoration credentials, the ABHRS (American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery) home page links a Physician Directory. The ISHRS home page has a Find a Doctor page.

Check the license and any board listing yourself before you pay a deposit.

Who Does Which Step

A hair transplant has three hands-on stages: taking grafts out, making the sites they go into, and placing them. Clinics split this work between doctors and staff in different ways.

The ABHRS says making the extraction incisions "is a non-delegable act", and that "the creation of incisions for placement of grafts is also non-delegable". Placing grafts isn't on that list.

The ISHRS says grafts are placed "most often by the trained staff". So staff placing grafts is normal. There are exceptions.

What you want pinned down is which steps a doctor does for you.

Ask the clinic in writing: "Which steps will the surgeon do, and which will staff do?"

Prices

Arix publishes one hair price. Its promotion page, and the same card on its review page, shows "Hair transplant review case at a price of 49,999 baht" (promotion page, translated from Thai, read 4 October 2026). That's about $1,510.

Dollars at ฿33.14 = $1 (European Central Bank reference rates, 22 September 2026). Rates move, so treat the dollar figure as rough.

The card states no graft count, no technique, no list of what's included, no conditions and no end date.

"Review case" isn't explained either. Ask the clinic what it means for you before you take the offer.

The same promotion page also shows a detox program and a Valentine's Day beauty offer. Our judgment: a Valentine's offer still up in early October suggests the page isn't updated often. Ask whether the 49,999 baht offer still runs.

The pages we read show no per-graft rate, no table of prices by graft count, no separate FUE or DHI price, no PRP price and no list of what any price covers.

Without a graft count, the 49,999 baht figure can't be turned into a per-graft rate. Unless the clinic gives you one in writing. So it can't be set against Bangkok per-graft prices on equal terms.

For context, patients report paying ฿36-123 per graft across five Bangkok clinics (reports and quotes, 2023 to 2026), or $1.09-$3.71. Most reports at Absolute, Bangkok Hair Clinic and Hairsmith fall at ฿65-90 per graft, or $1.96-$2.72. Not all of them.

Your quote may land outside that range.

Our Bangkok hair transplant cost guide breaks down what clinics publish and what patients pay.

Get the graft count and the full price in writing before you compare Arix with any other clinic.

What Patients Say

Reviews on the Clinic's Own Site

The home page carries six reviews in Thai, with no dates and no star ratings. The clinic chose which ones to show. None describes a hair transplant, and none is a complaint.

Three lines from them, each from a different reviewer on the clinic's home page and translated from Thai:

The separate review page shows a "Case Review" heading and the 49,999 baht card. It has no patient text we could read.

English-Language Patient Reports

We found no English-language patient account of a hair transplant at Arix on RealSelf or the Hair Transplant Network forum. That doesn't mean none exist.

So a foreign patient has little independent evidence to go on. Ask the clinic for dated photos of past hair cases, and ask whether a past foreign patient would talk to you.

A Hair Center Inside an Aesthetic Clinic

The About block calls Arix "a beauty medical and hair transplant surgery center" (translated from Thai). Its home page has three service cards.

Its promotion page adds the detox program and the Valentine's Day beauty offer next to the hair offer. Two of the six home page reviews mention an injection, and the rest name no treatment.

So hair is one service line in a clinic that also sells Botox, shock wave therapy and detox programs. It isn't a hair-only clinic.

Ask how many hair transplants the doctor who would operate on you does each month.

Contacting the Clinic From Abroad

The site is in Thai only. It has no English page, no statement that staff speak English and no mention of an interpreter.

It also publishes nothing aimed at foreign patients: no packages, hotel or airport transfer, no photo consultation, no deposit or refund terms and no follow-up after you fly home.

The contact page prints one phone number: 081-246-4454. We saw no LINE or WhatsApp account on the clinic's pages.

If you contact Arix from abroad, cover these in your first message:

Keep every answer in writing. If a reply comes back only in Thai, a translation app is enough to check the graft count and the price. The exception is the fine print.

Questions to Ask Before a Deposit

These questions match the gaps in what the clinic publishes. Ask them before you book an appointment or pay anything.

Bangkok Clinics That Publish More

Several Bangkok clinics publish more price detail than Arix. The table lists what each one publishes. It isn't a ranking.

Dollars are at the same rate as above, rounded to the nearest $10 for totals.

Each of these is the clinic's own published price, not what a patient paid. Prices can change, too. Our best hair transplant clinics in Bangkok page covers the clinics we've reviewed in more depth.

How We Researched This Page

We read the clinic's home, about, contact, promotion and review pages on 4 October 2026. We could not open a separate hair service page on the site.

We didn't run register or directory searches for the four doctors. The doctors section shows how to run them yourself.

We looked for English-language patient reports on RealSelf and Hair Transplant Network on the same day. Reddit, Trustpilot, Google Maps and Facebook could not be read that day. The Bangkok price context comes from clinic pages and patient reports, each labeled with its source and date.

Clinics cannot pay to be listed or ranked higher on AsiaPatient.

We found no English-language account of a hair transplant there on RealSelf or Hair Transplant Network.
